As Senior Manager of Quality Control and Vendor Relations, Joe handles the review and application of regulatory requirements affecting our clients to ensure best practices and reporting rigor as a part of the compliance team. He additionally manages all client vendor review requests, due diligence documentation, OSC partner reviews and coordinates yearly SSAE16 audits. Joe stared at OSC as a Product Operations Manager leading data capture, customer service, and mailroom facilities for the division. With nearly 30 years in the industry, he is well equipped to analyze and support clients’ interests. Before OSC, Joe spent 18 years on the client side as a Branch Manager for Washington Mutual Bank; an Associate Vice President, Operations and Technology Business Head for Citicorp in their trading settlements unit for offshore lending services; and a Computer Specialist Manager III working at SunTrust Bank on their loan origination system. Joe graduated from the University of Texas and enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown sons as well as oil painting.
