Loretta joined OSC in 1987 and has advanced her career within the company to Senior Vice President of Operations. Her responsibilities now include data, document, call center, claims, and escrow operations across multiple processing centers in the U.S. Loretta’s focus on quality, results, and customer service-having previously led OSC’s quality control and training departments-is exemplary. Under her leadership, the operations team continues to evolve and enhance services by leveraging technology to benefit clients. Prior to OSC, Loretta was in retail marketing, credit services, and the collections arena. She maintains a current Property & Casualty License with the state of Georgia and is a member of the American Society of Quality.
(ASQ) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Greater Atlanta Chapter. Outside of work Loretta enjoys photography and is a DIY home enthusiast.
