As VP, Operations, Brian oversees all aspects of OSC operations including the call center, escrow, training, and development as well as works alongside with sales and client services. He champions our commitment to delivering results and excellent service. Brian was a select international finalist for an inContact Contact Center Leader of the Year 6th annual inContact Mojo Award. This Mojo award recognizes the “contact center leader whose achievements and passion infuse his or her workforce and who implements new ideas that significantly improve contact center operations.” Prior to OSC, he was VP of the 50+ person call center operation for Loan Protector in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Brian’s call center and customer service career spans 15 years having worked for leading financial insurance services organizations such as National City Bank, Progressive Insurance, and Chase Home Finance. Previously, Brian spent nearly 10 years in the Air Force last as a Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, 607th Air Support Squadron Information Management in the United States Air Force last stationed at the Osan Air Base in the Republic of Korea.
