OSC looks forward to joining industry peers at the 2026 National Flood Association (NFA) Annual Conference March 15-17 in Scottsdale, Arizona!

EVP of Business Development and Client Services Michael Randall, SVP of Business Development Don Curtis, and AVP of Business Development Kelson Penn will represent OSC at the event. Chief Compliance Officer Kirk Stephens, CRCM, and EVP of Tellum Advisory Joe Posavec will join the OSC team at the conference. On Monday, Kirk will also be a featured panelist on the “Future of Private Flood” panel. Discussions will include private flood market growth potential, as well as considerations for the recent proposal for the private market to take on more of the current NFIP policies.

The two-day conference, held at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort, includes a jam-schedule of panels, presentations, interactive workshops, and evening receptions for networking. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from experts about various topics on the NFIP, legal and regulatory discussions, and more.
