We carefully select and continually review our insurance carrier partners with the expectation they will deliver expert claims service handling capabilities and resources, especially during larger disasters. Our shared goal is that every claim will be handled with professional care.

Upon submission of your claim below, you can expect to hear from someone within 24 to 48 hours. Next, your specific insurance carrier will formally review your claim with their adjuster. An independent damage appraiser may be involved in your claim as well. Throughout the claims process, the experienced staff at OSC will closely track all parties involved and keep current on communications to ensure a timely resolution.
