OSC’s Debe Rodriguez, SVP of National Accounts, has retired after over three years with the company.

Debe joined OSC in September 2022 as SVP of National Accounts and held that position through her retirement.

Her vast industry experience and strong management and leadership skills truly served her OSC clients with excellence as she oversaw integrated lender-placed insurance programs. She was an accomplished insurance professional who held diverse leadership roles in the mortgage industry spanning insurance, tax, loan closing, and operations over her 25+ year career.

She was detail-oriented and always focused on helping her clients. She will be missed, but we wish her the best in her well-deserved retirement.”

Debe was a senior vice president insurance and tax manager at Truist, formerly SunTrust, and had worked closely with OSC as a vendor partner for over two decades. She additionally oversaw wholesale lending operations, commercial credit services, document preparation and exceptions, and corporate loan operations – serving as a manager in commercial loan operations early in her career. She has additionally worked for Bank Atlantic in commercial loan operations and as a client success manager for Lereta, a tax and flood services provider.

We truly appreciate Debe and her loyalty to OSC and our customers. She will be greatly missed, but we wish her a healthy and restful retirement full of joy!
