Case previously served as a senior vice president of national accounts at the company working closely with client financial institutions. In his new role, he will oversee the U.S. based call centers and escrow and data entry teams to deliver consistent quality, compliant and timely solutions to clients nationwide.
Case has been with OSC for nearly 20 years as the company has grown and he has served in varied client services and operations roles throughout his tenure. Prior to OSC, he worked within operations for a national bank.
