Russell joined OSC in 2020 as part of the strategic acquisition of Protective General Insurance Services (PGIS), a Texas-based regional provider of lender-placed insurance and tracking solutions. His leadership of PGIS and dedication to its clients as CEO is equally valued as a key leader within our national business development team. With over 20 years in the financial sector, Russell brings a wealth of experience from multiple specialties within the banking, investment, and insurance spaces. At OSC, he is focused on empowering credit unions, community banks, regional banks, and auto finance companies with sound lender insurance and compliance expertise, proprietary tracking technology, and competitively priced insurance products. Russell is a graduate of Texas Tech and earned his MBA from Wayland Baptist University.
