OSC is pleased to announce the promotion of Quia Jordan to Senior Vice President, Client Services.

Since joining OSC in January 2007, Quia has been a driving force within the organization. She has built deep expertise in client relationships, service delivery, and team leadership. Over the years, she has played a critical role in shaping the strength and consistency of the Client Services team.

In her new role, Quia will co-manage the OSC Client Services Team, working closely with Client Services Managers and their respective teams to guide day-to-day operations and strengthen service delivery. She will be responsible for supporting strategic decisions, enhancing client experience, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all accounts.
