OSC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Zeunik to Vice President, Operations.
Since joining OSC in July 2019, Jim has played a key role in strengthening performance across the organization. His leadership of the Inbound Call Center(s) and Lender Support teams has enhanced service delivery, improved operational consistency, and supported efficient, client-focused solutions. Jim has also contributed to initiatives centered on profitability, process improvement, and the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
In his new role as Vice President of Operations, Jim will oversee OSC Operations, including Call Center operations, data capture, training and development, and operational performance management. He will be responsible for planning departmental resources, workforce needs, and budget management to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Jim will also drive initiatives focused on process improvement, quality standards, and client service delivery. His leadership will continue to strengthen operational efficiency, compliance, and overall performance across OSC.
Known for his steady leadership style and results-driven approach, Jim continues to elevate operational excellence. Under his guidance, the Inbound Team has consistently met and exceeded contractual obligations for several consecutive years, reflecting strong performance and accountability.
