My role is to help us connect the pieces in the most efficient, consistent and quality manner so that we can exceed our clients’ expectations today and tomorrow.
Courtney leads critical OSC initiatives spanning diverse operations and integrated technology platforms and manages the company’s project portfolio and Implementations team. With over 20 years of experience leading teams and initiatives in the financial industry and an ASQ Six Sigma blackbelt certification, Courtney works alongside the functional leaders of OSC to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and helps implement those programs. Her team is dedicated to ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients, successful platform conversions, relevant and timely product/client request/service releases, and continuous product and process enhancements through consistent core business process analysis and management. Previously, she managed a team of Project Managers and Six Sigma Blackbelts for Wells Fargo Auto that was responsible for large-scale cost savings as they improved and centralized key functions within the organization. Before that, Courtney managed the Centralized Sales Department for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, which consisted of teams that provided home equity lines and loans directly to the consumer.
