OSC Welcomes Kelson Penn as AVP, Business Development

OSC is happy to announce that Kelson Penn, a senior sales leader, has joined the OSC team as AVP of Business Development!

In this role, Kelson drives revenue growth by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients in financial services.

Kelson has nearly two decades of experience in revitalizing businesses, expanding market presence, and fostering long-term client relationships. He has a proven track record, consistently ranking in the top 10% of sales professionals across diverse industries. He is adept at leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and exceed targets.

“Kelson is already establishing himself as a dedicated team member who will strive for excellence for both OSC and our clients,” said Michael Randall, EVP of Business Development and Client Services. “He is attending the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP) 2026 Annual Summit with the OSC team on his first official day at the company. His eagerness to dive in is exactly what we look for in a team member.”

In 2013, Kelson started his own internet marketing company, eventually moving into the mortgage sales industry. He has led and managed various sales teams across diverse industries throughout his career, most recently working as a loan officer inspiring impressive loan growth for a California mortgage loan company.

Kelson earned a degree in Business Marketing from California State University San Marcos. Known for empowering team members through mentorship and creating a culture of excellence that drives unprecedented growth, Kelson is a welcome addition to the OSC team.
