The OSC RiskSecure team is proud to recognize the promotion of three team members whose work continues to strengthen our underwriting operations and system performance.

Alexa Vasquez, Betty Todd, and Leslie Arroyo each play an important role in supporting data accuracy, team development, and system efficiency.

Alexa Vasquez

Alexa Vasquez has been promoted to Underwriting Analyst. Since joining OSC in September 2024, Alexa has contributed to analyzing insurance data to support financial modeling and forecasting. In her new role, she collects and evaluates data, leads analytics efforts, and shares insights with leadership to support accurate and informed decision-making.

Betty Todd

Betty Todd steps into the role of Team Lead – Policy Admin. Since joining OSC in February 2025, Betty has built strong knowledge within the RiskSecure program. In her new role, she supports team development by guiding team members and ensuring policy information and documentation remain accurate, current, and aligned with established workflows.

Leslie Arroyo

Leslie Arroyo has been promoted to RiskSecure Coordinator. Since joining OSC in July 2022, Leslie has supported system functionality and coordination across teams. In her new role, she works closely with underwriting, technology, and business partners to support system improvements, manage projects, and ensure the RiskSecure program continues to operate efficiently and effectively.

These promotions reflect the continued growth of our RiskSecure team and our commitment to building strong internal expertise.
