Operations Excellence on Display Through OSC Group Promotions

OSC is excited to announce the promotion of several outstanding team members within our Operations Group.

Jocelyn Mucino, Carolina Mejia, Regla Mojica, Nicole Beechuk-Gauker, Kristina Nunn, and Karla Jones each play a vital role in strengthening our performance, supporting our clients, and driving service excellence across the organization.

Jocelyn Mucino

Jocelyn Mucino has been promoted to Lender Solutions Representative II. Since joining OSC in October 2019, Jocelyn has worked closely with lenders to support their account processing needs through responsive service and strong program expertise. In her new role, she will continue managing lender requests, supporting account workflows, and partnering with Client Services to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Carolina Mejia

Carolina Mejia steps into the role of Contact Center Coordinator I. Since joining OSC in May 2019, Carolina has supported outbound call operations through vendor coordination and performance monitoring. In her new role, she will oversee vendor activities, conduct call audits, deliver training, monitor system performance, and identify trends to improve service delivery and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Regla Mojica

Regla Mojica has been promoted to Data Capture Manager. Since joining OSC in May 2012, Regla has built deep operational knowledge and consistency within the team. In her new role, she will oversee the Data Capture Team, lead training efforts, manage workflows, and ensure accuracy across all processes.

Nicole Beechuk-Gaker

Nicole Beechuk-Gauker takes on the role of Payee Code Specialist. Since joining OSC in February 2024, Nicole has quickly demonstrated strong attention to detail and ownership of critical processes. In her new role, she will manage payee code data, resolve inquiries, collaborate with internal teams and EDI partners, and support process improvements to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Kristina Nunn

Kristina Nunn advances to Operations Training Specialist. Since joining OSC in May 2024, Kristina has taken on a key role in supporting team development. In her new role, she will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, support onboarding, and coach team members to ensure consistency and growth across Operations.

Karla Jones

Karla Jones has been promoted to Lender Solutions Supervisor. Since joining OSC in May 2020, Karla has demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. In her new role, she will oversee team performance, manage workflows, provide coaching and training, resolve escalated issues, and ensure service quality and consistency across lender operations.

These promotions reflect the strength of our Operations team and OSC’s continued commitment to developing talent from within.
