OSC is proud to announce the promotion of Jessica Weber to Loss Administration Supervisor!

Since joining OSC in August 2022, Jessica has played an important role in supporting daily operations across the team. She has consistently contributed through reporting, project support, and handling escalations with a thoughtful and steady approach.

In her new role as Loss Administration Supervisor, Jessica oversees day-to-day team operations, supports employee development, manages workflows, and ensures service quality and performance standards are consistently met.

“Jessica has been an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the team. Whether it be working on daily reports, overseeing special projects, or handling call escalations, Jessica does so with diligence, kindness, and empathy,” said Vicki Koglmeier, VP of Claims & Loss Administration. “She often will ask additional questions to fully understand a project or assignment, leaning into learning new skills and facets of claims and Loss Drafts every day. We are proud to have her as a part of the team, and proud to announce her promotion to Supervisor!”
