As regulations have evolved, this industry has become much more sophisticated, and expectations are justifiably higher. Our proactive vendor management approach directly supports clients’ goals for quality and compliance, and I consider myself a partner in this pursuit.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Joe has extensive knowledge of systems, regulations, audits, and client expectations. As Director of Operations, he works closely with Rick Case and the team to dedicate his time to escrow processes, quality control, training, and overall reporting functions. His prior roles at OSC have been Senior Manager of Quality Control and Vendor Relations, overseeing data capture, customer service, and mailroom functions. Prior to joining OSC, he was Branch Manager for Washington Mutual Bank; an Associate Vice President, Operations and Technology Business Head for Citicorp in their trading settlements unit for offshore lending services; and a Computer Specialist Manager III working at SunTrust Bank on their loan origination system.
