As regulations have evolved, this industry has become much more sophisticated, and expectations are justifiably higher. Our proactive vendor management approach directly supports clients’ goals for quality and compliance, and I consider myself a partner in this pursuit.

Joe is the Director of Operations and has extensive knowledge of systems, regulations, audits, and client expectations. He works closely with Rick Case and the team to dedicate his time to escrow processes, quality control, training, and overall reporting functions. His prior roles at OSC have been Senior Manager of Quality Control and Vendor Relations, overseeing data capture, customer service, and mailroom functions. Joe has 30 years of experience in the industry, and prior to OSC he was Branch Manager for Washington Mutual Bank; an Associate Vice President, Operations and Technology Business Head for Citicorp in their trading settlements unit for offshore lending services; and a Computer Specialist Manager III working at SunTrust Bank on their loan origination system. Joe graduated from the University of Texas and enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown sons as well as oil painting.
