Kelsey Teets, Director of Implementations, joined OSC as a Client Services Representative in 2015, managing several large accounts before making the transition to Implementations in 2018. Prior to joining OSC, Kelsey sold Property and Casualty insurance for an independent insurance agency in Marietta, Georgia. Since advancing to the role of Director of Implementations, Kelsey has managed many successful implementations for insurance tracking clients, loan platform conversions, and existing client enhancement initiatives – all while ensuring every project is handled with care and professionalism. Kelsey graduated from Kennesaw State University and enjoys hiking with her two dogs, playing board games, and spending time with her husband and their many nieces and nephews.
