Since 1988, Lucky has worked in the lender-placed insurance and tracking industry, having started in the customer service area and ultimately mastering the intricacies of the business to benefit his clients in a senior team leadership role. Prior to OSC, Lucky was a Vice President, Executive Relationship Manager at QBE, formerly ZC Sterling and Balboa Life & Casualty. At OSC, he delivers his clients unparalleled service in collaboration with the Operations teams to handle diverse portfolio risks. His commitment to partnership and proactive communication has earned him the quick respect of his clients and peers.
